Ligation products

Only circular DNA molecules with one replication origin will survive in our bacterial host strain.

We will not find A, B, C, D, F and E in the clones, since  they cannot replicate (C has two replication origins in opposite direction..)

We may find clones harbouring G or H.

We're only interested in H, since G is the original pGT4..
