This Lactuca Pangenome Web Portal is an online resource to share and visualise some of the Lactuca (super-)pangenome resources. This data is published as van Workum et al. (2024) and part of Project 1.1 of the NWO-TTW project LettuceKnow within the LettuceKnow consortium.

Overview

Data: All raw data associated with this project.
Genome Browser: A JBrowse2 genome browser for the four linear pangenomes (L. sativa, L. serriola, L. saligna and L. virosa).
Gene Overview: Retrieve structural, functional and homology information for a specific transcript in a Lactuca pangenome (thus, per species).
Homology Overview: Retrieve homologs of a specific transcript in the Lactuca super-pangenome and the number of copies per accession (thus, across species).
